9 Days Uganda Safari

Day 01: Transit to L. Mburo National Park
Your will be picked by our guide from the Airport or door step and then drive to Lake Mburo National Park with a stopover at the Equator. On arrival to the park take a 2 hours boat ride on Lake Mburo. The lake is rich with a diversity of animal and plant species which are only clearly viewed while on a boat-crocodiles, hippopotamus and birds like pelicans, black crake, Heron. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/ Camp. FB

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National park
Awake to an early breakfast and depart for a game drive along the lakeside track. The Kigambira loop will offer an opportunity of going through the wooded wilderness with scattered thicket-while here look out for, Zebras, Elands, Topis, bush-bucks and bush duikers. The kazuma track which passes in the course of wooded grassland-black-bellied bustards often guard the area. This track takes us to Kazuma hill-in order to feel a real exposure to Lake Mburo National Park. This will enable you see all five lakes within the park and rolling hills. Transfer to Bwindi national park leave through the beautiful sceneries of the Western part of Uganda which is sometimes known as the Switzerland of Uganda. Dinner and Over night at the Lodge/Camp. FB

Day 3 : Gorilla Tracking
Well prepared with you packed lunch, cameras, water, rain jackets, long pair of trouser and hiking boots and other gear, you will assemble for briefing from the rangers about gorilla tracking the great adventure and experience! The time taken to encounter these peaceful primates is impulsive for it may take1-10 hours. Nevertheless, on encounter, one may be forced to say, it is stunning!!!! After the adventure a certificate awaits the successful tracker. The day is not easy at times but appealing. Dinner and Over night at Lodge/Camp. FB

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Take breakfast and then drive through the Ishasha sector and then short game drive en route to encounter the tree climbing lions you will reach the park in the afternoon. Have lunch and take a game drive through the crater lakes region. Dinner and overnight at Lodge/Camp. FB

Day 05: Morning Game Drive and Afternoon Boat Cruise on Kazinga Channel
A morning wake up call for an early morning breakfast. Our morning safari of Queen Elizabeth National park starts around 6:30am. We depart for a sunrise game drive on the northerly parts of the park along the Kasenyi track. It is at this time that the Big Cats are active on their daily hunts. We will drive around the crater Lakes in search of Leopards, Lions, Hyenas, Uganda Kobs and other wildlife. Later, return for breakfast and relax by the pool return for lunch and relaxation at the lodge. Afternoon at 2pm, take a launch trip on Kazinga channel that connects Lake Edward to Lake George, during this a launch trip , will see a pool of hippos, herds of elephants, and lots of wildlife, and birds. Later in the afternoon, drive to the crater region where you will take a hike to the craters as you enjoy the beautiful scenery. Overnight at Lodge/Camp. FB

Day 6: Transfer to Fort Portal
Awake to an early breakfast, then proceed for chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge, return to the lodge for lunch and transfer to Fort Portal. Visit the YAWE community project. Dinner and over night at the Hotel/Guest House. FB

Day 7: Transfer to Murchison Falls NP/ Visit the top of the falls
Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park, where you will drive almost to reach the park in the afternoon. You will drive direct to the top of the falls to view how the calm Nile is transformed into a thunderous roar of white foam fall about 50metres deep. You will then transfer to you lodge. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge/Camp. FB

Day 8 : Game drive / Boat ride on Nile River
After an early morning breakfast, depart for a sunrise game drive on the northerly parts of the park along in the paraa section. It is at this time that the Big Cats are active on their daily hunts. We will drive around in search of Leopards, Lions, Hyenas, Uganda Kobs and other wildlife, return to the lodge for lunch. At 2pm, take a boat cruise to the bottom of the mighty falls, you will see Hippos, crocodiles, elephants and other animals, as well as a variety of bird species, European migrant birds like the terns and gulls congregate here in large flocks. Overnight at the Lodge/Camp. FB

Day 9: Departure
After an early morning breakfast, leave the park to the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track the white rhinos, have lunch at the sanctuary after transfer to Kampala or Entebbe for your next flight back home.
