You will arrive at the park headquarters for a shot briefing about the dos and don’ts while with gorillas and also get assigned to the group booked for and also meet your park ranger/ guide who will lead you to the forest to begin the activity.
Gorilla tracking is the most exciting and memorable experience of a lifetime. Gorilla tracking is unpredictable as it may involve passing through the thick jungle and muddy areas, so a reasonable degree of fitness is required also Remember to carry with you tracking gears like packed lunch and bottled water, long khaki or jean trousers, non flash cameras, rain gear, strong boots among others. Ounce gorillas are found you will forget all the hardness you’ve gone through and start watching these giant apes as they are doing their daily activities such as mother feeding their younger ones, making beds, playing among others and you strictly allowed staying with them for only one hour.
Or if you finish tracking earlier go for a cultural walk to visit the neighboring people. After this wonderful moment you will be driven back to Kigali and later transfer to Kanombe airport to meet your departure flight back home.
